Decided to conclude a service contract on acceptance payments from individuals in favor of Bank Astana Finance JSC through the service channels of BTA Bank JSC on the following terms:

• Subject to transaction - acceptance payments from individuals in favor of Bank Astana Finance JSC

• type of services - "replenishment of deposit" and "repayment of credit";

• Commission charges - from Bank Astana Finance JSC - 0 tenge;

• Commission charges from payer:

a) In Units/Branches of BTA Bank JSC - 0.3% (point three percent) of payment amount, minimum KZT 100 (one hundred) tenge, maximum KZT 500 (five hundred tenge);
