OREANDA-NEWS. On August 13, 2014 BUCE head office played host to negotiations with top management of Karellesprom LLC (Russian Federation). The main topic on the agenda was the possibility of using BUCE's electronic trading system for purchasing big consignments of timber. In particular, the Russian businessmen were interested in buying raw technical wood for fuel pellets production.

BUCE representatives provided the Russian delegation with detailed information about timber trading procedures and policies and voiced their readiness to assist Karellesprom LLC with procurement of Belarusian timber, provided Bellesexport is able to offer the sufficient volume of technical raw materials at BUCE exchange auctions. Besides, considering BUCE's ramified network of exchange warehouses and a significant pool of exchange carriers, there will be no problems with shipping the purchased products to Karellesprom LLC processing facilities.

The negotiations resulted in an agreement to register Karellesprom LLC at BUCE thus enabling it to purchase the required amounts of raw technical wood.
