Sviaz-Bank’s Accredited Moscow Housing Complexes
OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2014. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has accredited the Moscow A101 housing complex (third stage of construction, first complex, buildings 12 to 14), Newton housing complex (buildings 1 and2), and Vidnoye South housing complex (second stage of construction, buildings 10, 11, and 13) under its uncollateralized New Home program.
All these housing complexes are being put up by major property market developers – Augur Estate OJSC, TEKTA Group, and RDI.
An apartment can be purchased in any of these developments from funds available under Sviaz-Bank’s popular mortgage program on down payment of as little as 10% of the apartment price, all extra costs, insurance, and decoration to be paid from consumer credit provided by Sviaz-Bank. Mortgages are available under the program at a minimum interest rate of 11.8% per annum for periods of up to 30 years. A borrower’s earnings can be certified on Form 2-NDFL (Personal Income Tax) or on the Bank’s own form. A loan application can be filed by a person at least 21 years of age, with a continuous employment record of at least four months. Sviaz-Bank is one of the five most popular mortgage banks thanks to the attractive loan terms it offers to customers.
The Moscow A101 housing complex is a large residential neighborhood on the Kaluga Highway, three kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, right in the center of the New Moscow district. The housing blocks consist of alternating houses 8, 12, 14, and 16 stories high built from mixed brick and cast-in-place concrete. Apartments range from 35.5 to 103 square meters in area.
Vidnoye South is a conveniently sited 40 hectare neighborhood in the southwestern quarter of Vidnoye 5 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. One-, two-, and three-room apartments 36 to 78square meters large have double-paned windows, glazed loggias, and all service systems. The complex as a whole is to be completed in 2016.
The Newton housing complex meets all criteria of business class living – panoramic glazing, advanced service systems, security systems, a landscaped courtyard with playgrounds, and a roomy subsurface parking lot. A Newton house is designed with attention given to every detail to make future dwellers’ life there comfortable and secure, and its colored fronts will add new hues to the architectural face of Mytishchi, its home town.
