OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2014. The Kazan branch of Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has started issuing mortgages to its customers for the purchase of apartments on the primary market under the Bank’s Novostroyka bez dopolnitel’nogo obespecheniya (Uncollateralized New Home) program.

The Bank has accredited residential houses under construction by the Unistroy Company, a leader in the regional real property market, at 34 Kul Ghali Street, Residential Houses 1, 2, and 3, Privolzhsky District. The houses meet the highest quality standards of housing; they rise up in a green area boasting developed infrastructure and a large number of shopping centers.

Sviaz-Bank’s New Home program makes real estate an affordable purchase at the construction stage, when a square meter sells at a lower price than it goes for in completed buildings. The down payment amounts to 10% of the housing price, and mortgages are sold at a minimum interest rate of 11.8%.

The Bank makes loans for the purchase of apartments from accredited developers only: before a company is accredited, its business record and its target project are checked carefully to minimize risks for customers buying housing under construction.
