Iteca Provides New Services for Exhibition
OREANDA-NEWS. The Kazakhstan exhibition company Iteca, organizing the most ambitious business forums in the country always strives to keep up with the time and it was one of the first to use innovative IT technologies for additional services during its events
Already in the autumn season of 2014 new services will be available and they will be used for the first time at exhibitions in Kazakhstan. Advanced online registration, mobile applications, interactive kiosks and many other services will allow planning work at the exhibition in good time and make the process of communication between participants and visitors the most comfortable and productive.
To professional visitors of the exhibitions a new registration directly on the exhibition site will be available (formerly visitor registration took place only on the company's website www.iteca.kz <http://www.iteca.kz>). Besides, now after the registration every visitor will have his/her personal account on the exhibition site where additional services on the event will be available (choice of visiting events, planning meetings with participants at the booth, etc.).
Promotion of products of exhibition participants becomes now possible through search systems on the Internet. With the new service registration of participants, now when placing online description of the company activity on the site, the participants should only in the text provide information about exhibited products/service/services and this description automatically gets into search systems of all Internet space.
Mobile applications of exhibitions for iOS and Android will be upgradeable this year (we should remind that the first mobile app "KIOGE 2013” was static). And the main thing is that now mobile applications of exhibitions will become socially active - application users will be able to share photos, comments, suggestions and preferences. Free mobile application will be regularly updated with exhibition news, business program, lists and descriptions of the participants, hall maps, photos, video from the exhibitions and other useful information about the exhibitions.
Interactive information kiosks at exhibitions, which are in all halls, in organizers' office and seminar halls, will provide easy access to all information about the event (list and description of participants, hall maps, business program, press releases, news, etc.). And also they provide exhibitors with an additional opportunity to promote their company or product via placing commercials on the kiosk screens and advertising units on its carcass.
Seminar rooms at the exhibition are now equipped with interactive panels for presentations - a very flexible and convenient tool for recording, displaying and analysing of information in any format, allowing the speaker to combine two different tools: a screen for displaying information and a regular whiteboard.
This year another new service will be tested - recording of visitors at a seminar for further use of the service at the exhibitors' stands. During the seminar, each visitor's badge will be scanned and after the completion of the presentation an organizer of the seminar will receive a report in electronic form with a list of visitors and their contact information. Undoubtedly, such a service will accelerate the updating of the database and help in after-exhibition work with clients.
