OREANDA-NEWS. The portland cements produced at MIKHAILOVCEMENT, part of EUROCEMENT group, won the regional stage of the 17th "100 Best Russian Products" competition. The best goods and services in Ryazankaya Region were selected by a regional commission chaired by the Minister of Industry, Innovations, and Information Technologies of Ryazankaya Region, Mikhail Pronin.

Having considered the competition materials, the commission decided to nominate 31 products and services to participate in the federal stage of the "100 Best Russian Products" competition.

It is worth noting that MIKHAILOVCEMENT has repeatedly won awards for the high quality of its products. The cements produced at the plant have twice won the federal stage of the "100 Best Russian Products" competition, and are the holders of platinum quality marks, the highest level awards at the International exhibition (competition) "All-Russian Brands (III Millennium). Quality Seal of the XXI Century" held as part of the National Programme for Promoting the Best Russian Goods, Services and Technologies. In 2010 and 2014 MIKHAILOVCEMENT received the highest award for quality: a 'Top-quality company passport'. The document was issued by the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology.

At MIKHAILOVCEMENT, as at all the Holding's plants, quality control is continuously monitored, starting with mining and finishing with shipping the finished products to the customer. In particular, technical regulations that are strictly abided by are in place at each EUROCEMENT group plant.
