Interpipe Pays 558 Million Hryvnya as Taxes for 1H 2014
OREANDA-NEWS. INTERPIPE continues to maintain the status of one of the largest Ukrainian taxpayers. The amount of Company's payments to the budget and the state special-purpose funds of ukraine in 2013 reached 1.259 billion hryvnya, while in the first half of 2014 the Company has already paid 558.7 million hryvnya.
In 2013 INTERPIPE paid 936.3 million hryvnya of taxes and duties to the state and local budgets and 323.3 million hryvnya - to the Pension Fund of Ukraine. In the first half of 2014 Company's assessments to the state and local budgets amounted to 400.7 million hryvnya, and 158 million hryvnya - to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
The amount of taxes and duties, paid by INTERPIPE Company in 2013, exceeds annual budgets of certain regional centers in Ukraine, for instance, Mykolaiv (1.11 billion hryvnya), Poltava (1.04 billion hryvnya), and Zhytomyr (914.2 million hryvnya). Besides, the amount of Company's tax payments is equivalent to the funds, allocated from the Dnipropetrovsk Region budget for road repairs and construction.
