OREANDA-NEWS. August 08, 2014. During the period from July 28 to August 1, 2014, Eni acquired n. 485,500 shares for a total consideration of EUR 9,434,920.03, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni's General Meeting of shareholders on 8 May 2014, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.

Following the purchases announced today, considering the treasury shares already held, on 1 August 2014 Eni holds n. 25,089,137 shares equal to 0.69% of the share capital.
