OREANDA-NEWS. August 08, 2014. VTB is pleased to note the completion of the transaction to integrate the mobile assets of Tele2 Russia and Rostelecom into a joint venture in line with an earlier agreement.

During the second stage of the integration process, 100% of the share capital of CJSC RT-Mobile was injected into the capital of the joint venture.

As a shareholder in Tele2, VTB remains confident that the new national mobile operator will continue to strengthen its market position.
