OREANDA-NEWS. On July 31, 2014 there was placement of the additional issue of Vneshprombank's БО-03 series exchange bonds with the total nominal value of 2 billion rubles in addition to the exchange bonds of the principal issue placed in June 2013 with the total nominal value of 3 billion rubles.

By the end of the order book closing, which was open from 10.00 till 17.00 on July 29, 2014, an additional issue price was set at 100% of rate.

The placement was performed by the public subscription using trade and settlement systems of MICEX CJSC.

During the placement, 23 investors' applications were satisfied.

The custody of the additional issue certificate is carried out by National Settlement Depository.

The issue has a put date 30.06.2015. 3-4 coupons rates are set at 12.25% per annum, coupon period - 182 days.

The issue of БО-03 series exchange bonds negotiates in the first level quotation list and included in the Lombard list of the Bank of Russia.

The organizers of the additional issue were: Bank ZENIT, BC Region, FC Otkritie Bank, Vneshprombank, Russian Agricultural Bank.
