Sviaz-Bank Accredits New Housing Projects in Moscow Region
OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2014. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has accredited new housing complexes in Balashikha, suburban Moscow, in Community Zone West, the 18th kilometer of Highway M7.
Sviaz-Bank’s customers can now purchase housing property in Buildings 5 to 12 under the Novostroyka (New Home) program without providing collateral.
The minimum down payment under a loan received from Sviaz-Bank amounts to 10% of the price of the housing, at a minimum interest rate of 11.8% for a maximum loan time of 30 years. The borrower’s earnings can be confirmed by Certificate 2-NDFL (individual taxable income), or on the Bank’s own certificate form. Loan applications can be filed by persons aged at least 21 years, with a continuous work record of at least four months.
Interest rates payable on mortgages issued by Sviaz-Bank are charged on a still simpler formula, so they now only depend on the size of the down payment. Surcharges on interest rates for credit history quality, loan term, and income confirmation form will no longer be applied.
The Novoye Izmailovo (New Izmailovo) neighborhood lies on Enthusiasts Highway, two kilometers outward from the Moscow Ring Road. Under the New Izmailovo neighborhood concept, residential houses are to be built from cast-in-place concrete to individual designs, the neighborhood will include a well-developed infrastructure, play and sports grounds, outpatient clinics for children and adults, a shopping center, parking areas, promenade alleys and parks, and many other public places. The neighborhood is integrated closely into Moscow’s infrastructure, its transportation networks, above all. Construction of the neighborhood is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2016. Residential houses in the New Izmailovo neighborhood will be build in a single architectural style characteristic of modern trends in urban design. Apartments can be redesigned inside to suit the owners’ tastes.
