OREANDA-NEWS. Ruslan Zvonenko has been appointed as INTERPIPE HR Manager and Member of the Board. The top-manager has already started to perform his duties. Before that Mr. Zvonenko was an HR business partner and HR Manager at INTERPIPE NMPP mill.

Ruslan Zvonenko is responsible for staff search, selection, and development, formation of corporate culture, development and introduction of labor remuneration and personnel assessment systems, as well as for Company's staff records management.

Ruslan has been working at INTERPIPE since 1998. It is worth noting that his experience includes human resources management at production facilities of the Company. He graduated from the National Metallurgy Academy of Ukraine with “Metal deformation process” major, and got his second higher education at the same educational institution with “Business Economics” major. In 2008 he got his МВА degree at Erasmus University (the Netherlands).
