OREANDA-NEWS. August 05, 2014. Kazakh tourists should not be the subject to commercial structures blackmail. This statement was made by the Chairman of the Tourism Industry Committee of Kazakhstan Ministry of Industry and New Technologies Marat Igaliyevin an interview with the reporters.

"The company"Almaz tourism" addressed Tourism Industry Committee due to the fact that ithasan economic dispute with its Turkish partner company"Trek Travel International". As a result of this dispute, touristsof "Almaz tourism" began to be evicted from the hotels in Antalya. A working staff and a special "hot line" have been created. At the moment, according to our information there are 18 tourists, in Antalya, we keep in constant contact with the consulate of Kazakhstan," M. Igaliyevsaid.

According to him, all the tourists from "Almaz tourism" live in hotels. The Committee appealed to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey to help Kazakh tourists, emphasizing the inadmissibility of such a situation, when the Kazakh tourists suffer from rackets of commercial structures. A corresponding letter was sent to "Track Travel International".

M. Igaliyev announced the official position of the Tourism Industry Committee: Kazakh tourists do not have to re-pay for accommodation in hotels, as there is a corresponding agreement, and they have to live in hotels until the end of the term.

Chairman of the Committee also said that it is not possible to name the person responsible for this situation at the present time. According to "Almaz tourism", the money for Kazakh tourists to stay in hotels was transferred on timely basis, but the Turkish partner states that funds have not been received.
