Bank of Moscow Gives Report on Results with Regional Operators
OREANDA-NEWS. August 04, 2014. The First All-Russian Congress of regional operators on common property and apartment building capital repairs took place in Samara.
The main purpose of the event was to share experiences in the practical implementation of the new capital repairs system and to discuss the most important and controversial issues arising in the process of managing the Funds of capital repairs.
The Bank of Moscow was one of the first to begin the practical implementation of the provisions of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, by approving in July 2013 and a standard form for special account contracts. In October 2013 the first account by a regional operator was opened and in November the first special account was opened for the creation of the Capital Repairs Fund within the framework of 271-FZ.
This year, after the entry into force of the amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, according to which regional operators are required to open accounts with credit organizations on a competitive basis, Bank of Moscow began to take an active part in the selection competitions of authorized banks in order to manage the accounts of regional operators. The Bank has already won the selection competitions in the Rostov and Sverdlovsk Regions.
During the congress, as part of discussions on issues relating to the relationships of regional operators with credit organizations, the Bank of Moscow representatives talked about its funding opportunities for the participants in the capital repairs system, ways to improve the activity of the regional sector by using modern banking technologies and the Bank also shared its experience gained over the years.
"The Bank of Moscow was one of the first in the market sphere to actively start working within the framework of implementing the new common property and apartment building capital repairs system. We have all the necessary expertise and technologies and we are ready to apply them in all the regions of the Russian Federation", said Maxim Kokorin, Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow.
