Concern Hlibprom Launches New Line of Rye Bread
OREANDA-NEWS. PJSC Concern Hlibprom introduced a new line of products in the form of semi-finished frozen bakery products - Lviv rye breads. The first assortment positions are breads "Lviv Rye with coriander" and "Lviv rye with onions and cheese." Natural leavens enhance their flavor and useful properties. In addition, they extend the term of freshness of baked goods in a natural way.
Both products are made according to original recipes which are developed by technologists of "Khlibprom". The culinary traditions of the city, where the culture of using rye is one of the oldest, are taken as a basis.
Bread "Lviv Rye with coriander" refers to a sort of Choux bread which is made from rye flour, rye malt and on the basis of natural leavens. Coriander in the product is used as a natural flavoring. Weight - 0.2 kg.
Bread "Lviv rye with onions and cheese" is also a Choux bread made on the basis of leavens. Bread contains dried onions and grated cheese. Weight - 0.2 kg.
Products are manufactured at "Lviv Bakery No. 1". Packing material - corrugated cardboard box. Number of products in packaging - 30 pcs. Semi-finished products are baked in a convection oven of outlet at a temperature of 200 °C for 3 min.
Products will be sold under private label of retail store chains.
