We would like to inform you that from 30 July 2014, Kiev Boryspil International Airport (KBP) implemented additional aviation security measures with the purpose of enhancing airport security and safety. Aviation security controls are now mandatory for all visitors of the airport terminals, applying both to arriving or departing passengers as well as to meeters and greeters.

Additional aviation security screening points are being installed at all entrances to Arrivals and Departures. In order to separate passenger flows within the Arrivals and the Departures areas, a separate entrance to the terminal and a separate exit from the terminal will be available.

Taking into account additional time required to complete all the check-in procedures and relevant security formalities, we would kindly like to ask you to arrive at the airport well in time.

Passengers are reminded that the Boryspil Airport check-in counters open 2 hours and close 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

To save your time UIA recommends that your check in for your flights online. Our online check-in is available 23 hours before your flight's scheduled departure time and closes 2 hours before departure.
