The competition Council, on the basis of complaints of Grawe Carat Asigurari, conducted an investigation and concluded that the insurance company Asito, Moldasig, Donaris Group, Klassika Asigurari and Victoria Asigurari jeopardized the credibility of the insurance company Grawe Carat Asigurari by removing it from the market of compulsory third party liability insurance "Green card" by the decision of the general extraordinary meeting of the members of the National Bureau of auto insurers from September 27, 2013 on the basis of the statements which do not correspond to reality.

The Competition Council found violation of the competition law. Companies Asito, Moldasig, Donaris Group, Klassika Asigurari and Victoria Asigurari prescribed penalty for the total of 1.4 million lei.
