OREANDA-NEWS. July 30, 2014. Beketayev Ruslan Bakytzhanovich was appointed Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan by governmental regulation № 830.

The position was held by Berik Sholpankulov previously, who was appointed Deputy Minister of Defence by executive order.

R. Beketayev headed the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance about 2 years.
