Were invited speakers: Maksatbek Dyikanov - State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Dair Tokobayev - Deputy Chairman of JSC "International Airport "Manas" and Taalaibek Oken - President of the Kyrgyzstan carriers association.
"While the Kyrgyz Government is planning to implement open skies policy in the nearest future, the aviation legislation is currently not in coherence with the definition of "open skies". What measures need to be taken to not only increase turnover, number of routes and designations and improve the quality of services but also to save domestic commercial aviation?" questions have been raised by the International Business Council.
Representatives of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, international donor organizations, business community and civil society and experts participated on the meeting.
