OREANDA-NEWS. July 28, 2014. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko signed decree No.357 on implementing the investment project to build a multifunctional complex in Minsk.

In line with the document the investment project to build the multifunctional complex in the area limited by Partizansky Avenue, Vaneyeva Street, and Dolgobrodskaya Street in Minsk is supposed to be implemented by 31 December 2018.

The investment project envisages the construction of a national football stadium in compliance with UEFA’s 4th category requirements. The stadium will be able to seat 33,000-35,000 people.
Apart from that, in order to create a united architectural complex, the future national stadium and a shopping center will be coupled with the existing Tractor Stadium and the physical training center Rings of Glory.
