OREANDA-NEWS. The Moscow City Government held an award ceremony for winners in the Annual City Competition “Moscow Entrepreneur 2013”.

Expocentre ZAO was recognized for its success as a Moscow entrepreneur with an award of this prestigious annual competition. Aleksey Komissarov, the Minister of the Moscow City Government and Head of the Moscow City Department of Trade and Services, presented Deputy General Director of Expocentre Mikhail Tolkachev with a Diploma and prize. Minister thanked Expocentre for its active participation in support programmes for small business in the congress and exhibition industry.

Mikhail Tolkachev handed discount certificates for participation in Expocentre's exhibitions to four winners in different nominations such as food production, advertising, printing, IT and communications.

The competition has been held since 1998. Its organizers are the Moscow City Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship, and the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs.

The main aim of the competition is to inform the public about business accomplishments, the latest and advanced products in this field, the role and place of entrepreneurs in the Moscow social and economic life.
