The highest salary in Moldova in May 2014 received workers of informational services and communications - 8215,6 lei, financial and insurance sectors - 7481,2 lei, enterprises operating in the field of electricity, heat and gas supply and air-conditioning - 7165,8 lei, in professional, scientific and technical activities - 5335,6 lei, public administration and defense; mandatory social security - 4963 lei.

The lowest salaries in May 2014 were registered in arts, leisure and entertainment sectors- 2551,9 lei, industry, agriculture and forestry - 2501,6 lei, hotels and public catering enterprises - 2736,6 lei.

The average salary in education amounted to 3240 lei, administrative and support services 3243,5 lei, in the sector of trade, repair of vehicles and motorcycles - 3531,2 lei, in the health and social care - 3820,7 lei, real estate transactions - 3875,4 lei, transport and storage - 3952,6 lei, processing industry - 4048 lei, mining industry- 4227,8 lei, and construction - 4284,2 lei.
