OREANDA-NEWS. July 3, 2014 it was held the first meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 in the new structure, elected by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company at June 16, 2014.

The Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 took the decision to elect the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 Kirill Seleznev, Member of the Management, Head of the Department of Marketing, Gas Processing and Liquid Hydrocarbons, Gazprom JSC; General Director of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz LLC.

Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors was elected Denis Fedorov, General Director of Gazprom Energoholing LLC, Head of the Electricity Sector Development and Marketing Office, Gazprom JSC.
