Ukrtelecom reminds residents of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, who were forced to leave their places of residence or are unable to pay for telecommunication services, of the special rate for the Internet and fixed telephony suspension. The service fee is 1 UAH per month including VAT. About 6,500 residents of the Donbass have already made use of this offer. It applies to all customers of any form of service. To choose the rate you should apply to any office of Ukrtelecom in Ukraine or call our Contact Center, 0-800-506-800 (free throughout Ukraine from Ukrainian operators' numbers).

Previously, Ukrtelecom worked out a similar offer for the unlimited Internet suspension for called up subscribers and their relatives residing at the address of the Internet access provision. To order the special rate the called up subscriber should submit a written application and a copy of the Military Commissariat's call-up notice to the nearest office of our Company. If the subscriber is already on duty, the order can be made by relatives living at the address specified in the Internet service contract.
