OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC EuroSibEnergo has announced that it has completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in JSC Krasnoyarsk HPP from OJSC HydroInvest (a wholly owned subsidiary of OJSC RusHydro). Thus, the stake of OJSC EuroSibEnergo in JSC Krasnoyarsk HPP now exceeds 90%. The Federal Antimonopoly Service gave approval for the transaction on June 30, 2014; on July 8, the transaction was approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC EuroSibEnergo.
