OREANDA-NEWS. July 24, 2014. Regional Development Minister Bolat Zhamishev told what documents must be submitted to the Commission for the legalization of property.

"Regulations of Article 7.11 of the Act ("On amnesty of citizens in connection with money legalization") provide for a list of documents at legalization of real property situated in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rights to which are not prepared in accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submitted to the commission," B. Zhamishev said "live" on TV channel "Khabar" dedicated to the topic of legalization.

According to the Minister, the list of documents include statements to carry out the legalization of property in duplicate; copy of the identity document, presenting the original when applying; expert view conducting technical inspection of buildings and structures to meet the object building regulations; technical certificate of the property.

Commissions are located at Akimats of all levels. Legalization starts from September 1, 2014 and will run until December 31, 2015.
