Overpass was built as part of the reconstruction of the road section: Gaidar Street - Chelnokova Street - Soglasiya Street - Sovetsky Prospekt and Kaliningrad Northern Bypass. Overpass design: 15+24+15 m.

When the bridge was designed, it was decided to use prefabricated reinforced concrete beams. With this arrangement, conducting the most time-consuming operations at the factory reduced the scope and time on the construction site.
