Interpipe Achieves Positive Result of Antidumping Investigation
OREANDA-NEWS. On July 11, 2014, the Department of Commerce of the USA has announced the final determinations in the antidumping duty investigations of import of certain OCTG from 9 countries including Ukraine.
In accordance with the announcement, Department of Commerce has determined a final dumping margin of 6.73% for the import of OCTG from Ukraine.
At the same time the Department of Commerce and Ukraine have reached an agreement to suspend the AD investigation of import of OCTG from Ukraine. The agreement will be in effect until July 10, 2017. That means that during next 3 years no AD duties will be collected of import of OCTG from Ukraine.
In light of these achievements within AD investigation, Interpipe will continue to supply OCTG to US market. North American Interpipe will provide quality assistance and support to all its customers and partners have been purchasing pipe product produced by Interpipe, Ukraine.
