Travelers may now conveniently enroll in the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Pre✓™ program at San Francisco International Airport (SFO).The registration office is located in the International Terminal, pre-security, G-side, near the BART station. The TSA Pre✓™ application site allows U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to enroll in a program that permits them to go through expedited screening and leave on their shoes, light outerwear and belt; keep their laptop in its case and keep 3-1-1 compliant liquids/gels in a carry-on bag.

Travelers may pre-enroll online and visit an application site to provide biographic information (e.g. name, date of birth, address, etc.), fingerprints, valid required identity and citizenship/immigration documentation and an application fee of USD 85 for a five-year membership.

Once approved, travelers will receive a Known Traveler Number and will have the opportunity to utilize TSA Pre✓™ lanes at security checkpoints at 118 participating airports and on 11 major airlines: Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Hawaiian Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Southwest Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways and Virgin America.
