In neighboring countries the elite real estate is much more expensive. For example, in Kiev (Ukraine), its average price reaches USD 3790 per 1 sq. meter. Ukrainian capital took 40-th place in the rating on this indicator. In Bucharest (Romania) 1 sq. m of housing costs on average USD 3201.
