OREANDA-NEWS. July 17, 2014. A meeting of the Supervisory Board of SME Bank took place.

The decisions were taken by absentee voting.

The Supervisory Board approved: risk management policy, credit policy, liquidity management policy, dividend policy, interest rate policy and corporate governance code of SME Bank.

The meeting approved amendments to the securities issue resolution and the listing prospectus of the bonds series BО-01, BО-02, BО-03, BО-04 and BО-05.
