OREANDA-NEWS. July 17, 2014. SME Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) informs on personnel decisions taken at the Supervisory Board meeting.

Irina Makieva, Deputy Chairperson of Vnesheconombank was elected Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of SME Bank.

The Supervisory Board has also appointed Denis Ursulyak to the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Board – Member of the Board of SME Bank.

The Supervisory Board decided to increase the number of SME Bank Board members – Anna Zvereva, Deputy Chairperson of the Board of SME Bank was appointed Member of the Board.

Further Gleb Nikitin, First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade and Sergei Skvorzov, Deputy CEO of Rostec Corporation became Members of the Supervisory Board of SME Bank
