OREANDA-NEWS. The substation project will cost RUB 56 mln.

Based on the public electronic auction for design and survey works for Sadovaya substation, the winner is a company from Novosibirsk, which has been designing so far a power unit for "Titan".

Two companies filed their applications for the tender - "Siberian energy scientific and technical center" from Novosibirsk and "CentrInzhEnergoProject" from Moscow. The offers were studied by the Auction committee, which having estimated the cost, scientific and technical characteristics and qualification of the participants gave twice more grades to "Siberian ESTC"" than to "CentrInzhEnergoProject".

The Novosibirsk scientific center was acknowledged an auction winner for design and survey works relating to the construction of "Sadovaya" substation and "Ulyanovskaya"-"Sadovaya" power supply lines. The contract price is RUB 56 mln 648 thous. - 3 mln less than the maximum contract price.

Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 31st of August. The substation will become the second project of E4 Group in Omsk. "Siberian ESTC" together with "E4-SibCOTES" is a part of "E4 Group" holding, which are currently designing a power unit for "Titan". The new substation in the Amur village is planned to be built by "Omskelectro". Total cost of the project constitutes around a billion Rubles, including the funds from the Federal budget. The substation project was supported by deputies of City Council and the mayor, Vyacheslav Dvorakovskiy.

Also, "Omskenergo" is planning to modernize its substation in the same region. A representative of the company explained that after having the equipment replaced in 2015-2020, the substation will be quite capable to supply power to the village.
