OREANDA-NEWS. July 16, 2014. MEGABANK took the 9th place in the rating of reliability of bank deposits held by the agency "Standard Rating" at the end of the 1st quarter of 2014. Deposit products of 84 Ukrainian banks were estimated by the rating.

Due to the deterioration of the macroeconomic situation in Ukraine the agency tightened approaches to assessing the reliability of deposits, so only 15 banks were able to get the highest grade of reliability in the current rating. Earlier this indicator was achieved by 31 Ukrainian banks.

Recall that by the end of June deposit portfolio of individuals – customers of MEGABANK is UAH 1,356 million.

Today the following deposits are operating in MEGABANK: "2+2", "Productive month", "Term with replenishment" (with capitalization of interest, monthly interest payments or interest payments at the end of maturity), "On Demand", "Mobile money".

Recently, MEGABANK has increased interest on deposits for its birthday. In particular, interest on the deposit "2+2" increased to 24% per annum in hryvnia, in euro and the dollar – up to 12%.
