OREANDA-NEWS.  Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, today announced the addition of a second direct flight from Mumbai to Colombo, due to popular demand. Operating a state of the art Boeing 737 aircraft effective 5th November, 2014, Jet Airways’ guests can now avail of same day return on this route, especially for those traveling on business.

Jet Airways flight 9W 252 will depart Mumbai at 1805 hrs and arrive into Colombo at 2035 hrs (local time). The return flight 9W 251 will depart Colombo at 2135 hrs (LT) and arrive Mumbai at 0015 hrs.

The airline has introduced an attractive return fare of Rs 17,000, inclusive of taxes, with a sale validity until August 31, 2014. The introduction of this evening flight complements the late night flight from Mumbai to Colombo. Jet Airways is the only airline to operate two flights a day to the island nation.
