OREANDA-NEWS. VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, the Russian manufacturer of titanium, aluminium and steel semi-finished products, and AVIC International Holding Corporation, Beijing (People's Republic of China), one of affiliate companies of state owned Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) have signed an extension to the Agency Agreement for sales and promotion of titanium and aluminium semi-finished products manufactured by VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation in PRC. The document has been signed on July 14th,2014 at the Farnborough Air Show.

AVIC International Holding Corporation (before reorganization named as China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation (CATIC) has been an agent of VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation since 2003 when the first Agency Agreement was signed.

This is the next extension of the existing agreement after commencement of the cooperation between the companies that signals mutual satisfaction with the continuous cooperation on the Chinese market. This agreement will be in force for three years and valid through May 2017. The companies are also looking at ways to broaden the range of products and services to be included into the Agreement.
