OREANDA-NEWS. July 11, 2014. The Alfa Mobile Banking has topped the list of most efficient retail mobile banks in the tablet category of Mobile Banking Rank 2014 drawn up by the Markswebb Rank & Report analytic agency.

The research was based on desktop management interface analysis, a series of interviews with mobile bank users and bank customer questionnaires. The mobile bank efficiency stands for customer satisfaction appraised by two parameters: functionality and convenience.

Alfa-Mobile applications for iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android enable customers to check their account balance, loans and deposits, obtain bank statements, analyze their expenditures, transfer funds from one of their accounts to another, including exchange operations, pay for mobile phone, Internet, public utility and other services, transfer funds to another Alfa-Bank customer by account details, QR code or template, replenish their EPS digital wallets, change their card number, block and unblock their cards, issue a virtual card, and set limits on their bank cards. More than 500,000 bank customers have already appreciated convenience of the mobile bank.
