When "Promagrofond" PPF was rated, the Agency highlighted the large size of the Foundation, its conservative pension asset placement strategy, high strategic planning quality, as well as broad geographic diversification of insured persons and high information transparency as positive factors.

Low return on investment of pension assets and low liquidity of placed PSA were regarded as the rating-restraining factors.
