High investment process and risk control arrangement quality had a positive impact on "Delovoy Dom Kalita" management company rating. The increment of management company assets in management outstrip the average market rates: the trust management market expanded by 16%, and the management company assets in management, by 34%, in 2013. In addition, the Agency's experts note high performance in CMF management: TNA of "FRIR" Real Estate CMF stepped up by 70%, and those of "I.P.T.-Real Estate" Real Estate CMF, by 26%, in the period from December 31, 2011, to March 31, 2014.

Low equity structure diversification and the impossibility to highly appreciate reliability of own investments restrained the Company rating. In addition, the management company's concentration on one trust management segment and low capital adequacy were highlighted. The moderately low business profitability and the narrow customer base were also typical of the Company.
