When the Company was rated, the Agency's analysts noted high liquidity, the low share of receivables in assets, and payables, in liabilities, as well as low currency risks as positive factors.

Low business diversification, the moderately low capital adequacy and poor financial disclosures (financial statements are not posted on the Company's website) restrained the Company rating.
