OREANDA-NEWS. LLC "STROYGAZMONTAZH" has completed the construction of four crossings performed by microtunneling method on the main gas pipeline of Izobilnoye-Nevinnomyssk CS.

Six landslide areas were crossed. The total length of the crossings amounts to 3,500 m and the longest one accounts for 1,143 m.

Gazprom Transgaz Stavropol, LLC is the Customer of gas pipeline construction, Neftegazkomplektmontazh, LLC and JSC Podvodtruboprovodstroy are the subcontractors. The construction and installation works on the linear part of gas pipeline are currently coming to an end. The construction of two crossings with the length of 950 m and 550 m, respectively, is executed by the horizontal directional drilling technique on 45 km and 49 km under an operating utility line area, soil-reclamation channels and highways.

The installation of junction points to Nevinnomyssk CS, Rozhdestvenskaya CS, Izobilnoye CS and to two booster compressor stations on underground gas storage is performed as well.

The termination of all construction and installation works, commissioning and start-up of gas is scheduled for Q3 2014.
