OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of Mostotrest convened for its meeting on July 8, 2014. The meeting was attended by members of the Board elected on June 27 by the Annual General Shareholders" Meeting.

In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, the new Board of Directors considered the matter of electing a Chairman of the Board at its first meeting. The Board has unanimously re-elected Mr. Georgy Koryashkin, who has headed the Company's Board of Directors for the last three years, as its Chairman.

The Board has also unanimously re-elected Mrs. Maria Zhurba as its Deputy Chair, and Mr. Gennady Bogatyrev as Corporate Secretary.

Mostotrest is a major, diversified infrastructure-construction company, represented in all the main and joint segments of the market, participant in Russia's first public-private partnership projects. According to the independent industry consultancy EMBS Group, in 2013 Mostotrest held a 9.9% share of the total Russian infrastructure construction market.

Mostotrest's main spheres of business consist in construction and reconstruction of bridges (including road, railway and city bridges), roads and other transport infrastructure facilities; provision of road maintenance, repair and operating services. In 2012, Mostotrest also entered a new segment: management of road concessions.

The company was established in 1930 to build complex and extra-large bridges.

Mostotrest is currently participating in implementation of a number of complex transport infrastructure development projects, such as construction of the head sector of the Moscow-St Petersburg Express Highway and the Vyshny Volochok by-pass, construction and reconstruction of the M-4 Don and M-9 Baltia Highways, reconstruction of Kutuzov Prospekt from the Garden Ring to the Outer Ring Road and construction of the Businovskaya interchange in Moscow, the Borsky Bridge in Nizhny Novgorod and the Voroshilov Bridge in Rostov-on-Don.
