OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2014. According to a survey jointly conducted by Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VTSIOM) and the National Agency for Financial Studies (NAFS), Russian Agricultural Bank takes the leading position in the ranking of the most reliable banks as seen by their customers.

Answering the question “Do you consider your bank as reliable?” 99% clients of Russian Agricultural Bank said “yes”, which is the highest result in the survey. Moreover, as the poll shows, 72% of RusAg`s customers won`t change the bank even if a competitor makes a better offer. This is the highest loyalty level among Russia`s major banks.

The survey was conducted in 42 regions across Russia and included 1600 participants – clients of top-15 Russian retail banks.

It is necessary to be available and convenient for clients, to provide excellent level of service and introduce advanced banking technologies, enjoy a flawless reputation and ensure complete reliability of all financial operations. The results of the survey once again confirm that the quality and level of services provided by Russian Agricultural Bank match the best international practices”, Dmitry Patrushev, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Russian Agricultural Bank, noted.
