Dixy Wins Consumer Rights and Service Quality Award
OREANDA-NEWS. On the fifth annual "Consumer Rights and Service Quality" ceremony DIXY has won the retailer award in the "Neighborhood" category.
Commenting on the event, Ilya Yakubson, President of DIXY Group, said: "In the last few years, the DIXY chain has been transformed, and today the stores are modern, clean and friendly, offer a balanced range of products, and devote the utmost attention to product and service quality. While we are pleased to have won this award, more important for us is that more and more people choose DIXY as the place for their family shopping every day".
The annual "Consumer Rights and Service Quality" awards are held with support from consumer rights watchdog Rospotrebnadzor, the Moscow government, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Association of Retailers (ACORT), and other public organizations. The awards are organized by the Social Projects and Programs fund. Awards are given to the most successful projects aimed at protecting consumer rights and improving product and service quality. Based on online voting by consumers, conducted in accordance with Global Reputation Index international methodology and with help from the awards" Expert Council, DIXY was recognized as a rapidly developing and promising network of "neighborhood" stores.
