OREANDA-NEWS. RTSoft participates in the creation of power supply facilites for a new cement plant in the Kaluga region - Lafarge. Enterprisewith capacity of 2 million tons of cement per year receives the reliable electricity necessary for production process.

RTSoftexecuted works on the plant substation 220 kV "Lafarge" and on the distribution substation "Stani" 220 kV of Federal Grid Company. RTSoft's specialists fulfilled supervision and autonomous comissioning works on objects and have trained personnel.

During the construction of a cement plant RTSofthas put in operationremote control system connected to the HMI of SS 220 kV "Lafarge" based on SPRECON and organized transfer of telemetry data from the substation toPriokskynetwork control center of MES Center (FGC). It gives an opportunity to integrate SSinto the Unified Energy System of Russia in accordance with the requirements of FGC. To arrange a temporary circuit transformer protection "RTSoft" has supplied differential protection IED's.

On the distribution SS 220 kV "Stani" RTSoft has put in trial operation control system based on SMART-SPRECON. SCADAarchitecture of "Stani" allows remote control of the system from the network control center -Priokskiy PMES.
