OREANDA-NEWS. Olga Skorobogatova, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, is leaving Rosbank to pursue her career development in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to become Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank.

In the new corporate governance structure, Operations and Cards business will be managed by Natalia Konkina, who becomes Head of Operations, under direct supervision of the CEO of Rosbank Dmitry Olyunin. Natalia joined Rosbank in 2013 as senior adviser to CEO.

IT and GTS will be supervised by François Bloch, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Olga Skorobogatova has been working in Rosbank for 11 years. During this period, she has initiated and ensured successful implementation of such projects as creation of unified IT platform (at the period of Rosbank merger with Bank Societe Generale Vostok), centralization of the back-office, creation of IT-support centers, set up and efficient supervision of Department of Projects and Processes Organization.
