OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2014. References are made to the announcements of the Company dated 16 October 2013 (the “Announcement”) and 22 April 2014 in relation to, among other things, the Subscription.

Capitalised terms used herein have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless otherwise specified. Parties to the Subscription Agreement cannot reach any agreement on the renewal of subscription in new Shares after negotiation. As such, the Company decides to terminate the negotiation with the Subscriber.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board of Directors of the Company comprises Mr. Chan Shing, Mr. Sit Hoi Tung, Mr. Yang Dawei, Ms. Lau Ting, Ms. Tung Pui Shan, Virginia, Mr. Kwok Wai Lam, Mr. Sham Kai Man and Mr. Zhu Mingas executive directors; and Mr. Cui Shu Ming, Mr. Huang Shenglan, Mr. Chan Ming Faiand Mr. Chiang Bun as independent non-executive directors.
