OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2014. Russian Savings Bank, Government of Omsk Region and Group of Companies “Titan” signed cooperation memorandum. The document was signed by First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Savings Bank of Russia Maksim Poletayev, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of Omsk Region Vyacheslav Sinyugin and CJSC “GC “Titan” Chairman of the Board of Directors Mikhail Sutyaginsky.

The memorandum foresees cooperation of the parties in realization of investment project “Construction of Complex for Deep Processing of Agricultural Products “Biocomplex”. Within the memorandum the Savings Bank wants to examine possibilities for participation in realization of the project by way of financing.

Project “Biocomplex” is included into the list of first-tier investment projects in Siberian Federal District and Strategy for Socio-Economic Development of Omsk Region till 2025. Nowadays total amount of investments into its realization exceeds 47 billion roubles.

“It is very important for Omsk Savings Bank to maintain such calculations: aimed at increasing added value not only in the region, but also in Russia in general”, – said Maxim Poletayev.

Mikhail Sutyaginsky underlined significance of the project “Biocomplex” as a basic enterprise which will provide possibility for development of small and medium business in the region, form inner market of grain cultures consumers. All this, as the top manager says, will provide impetus for development of biotechnologies industry in general and allow to produce import replacement goods.
