OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2014. A meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC AIKB Tatfondbank was held.

The Board of Directors considered the reports on the implementation of previous decisions and the spending of funds for social and charitable purposes, approved the Plan of Meetings for the term of its powers in 2014-2015, and the amount of remuneration for services of auditors related to conducting an audit of the Bank’s financial statements for 2014 prepared under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The Board of Directors approved the new version of the Risk Assessment and Management Policy, made a decision to change the status of the Almetyevsk branch to the Bank’s internal structural subdivision, confirmed the independent director status of four out of nine elected members of the Board of Directors, and gave its consent to positions overlapping in respect of R.R. Dolotin, the newly elected member of the Bank’s Board of Management.
