All tourists are the customers of a tour operator "Gulnar Tour".

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Asset Issekeshev.

According to the Civil Aviation Committee of MTC, aircraft operating permit of Jet Airlines, performing the program "Gulnar Tour", was valid until June 30. Despite this tour operator had conducted the sale of tickets for the flights in July, which led to the current situation.
